Spotlight: Hillary Earle
At ReleaseSARA, we are proud to have a board composed of passionate, highly skilled individuals who bring diverse expertise to our mission of supporting survivors of trafficking. This month, we are thrilled to feature Hillary Earle, a powerhouse of knowledge, leadership, and generosity, whose contributions have been vital in helping us maintain the highest standards as a nonprofit.
Hillary’s professional journey is both impressive and inspiring. As the founder and CEO of Amicus Mediation Group, she led a national organization providing mediation and arbitration services to the legal and insurance industries. Now, as the principal of Earle Consulting Group, Hillary leverages her extensive expertise to provide consulting services to start-up businesses and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, she shares her conflict resolution knowledge by offering mediation training to attorneys and retired judges transitioning into the field.
Her background in process improvement, marketing and business development, leadership and management training, and conflict resolution has been a blessing for ReleaseSARA. Hillary’s support has not only helped shape the internal workings of our organization but also reinforced our ability to serve survivors of trafficking effectively. She holds us to the highest standards, consistently ensuring we operate “above the bar” as we build programs and initiatives that truly transform lives.
Beyond her professional expertise, Hillary’s heart for service shines through in every interaction. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to uplifting nonprofits like ours have made her a cornerstone of ReleaseSARA’s success. Her work exemplifies what it means to lead with integrity, compassion, and a clear vision.
Hillary, we are deeply grateful for your leadership and the invaluable knowledge you bring to the table. Your influence extends into every aspect of our organization, from strengthening our SARA’s Roots Initiative to expanding opportunities for economic independence for survivors. Thank you for believing in our mission and for being a champion for those we serve.
